Loving My Body Through Fitness

What does it mean to love your body? It’s different for each one of us, and today, I’m honored to be sharing my own take as part of The World Around Her’s inspiring Love Your Body series.

  3. it sounds like a great piece! I also appreciate my fair skin and eyes. I'm also naturally skinny (even more post-baby) and this has garnered me tons of remarks lately. I'm healthy, but other people keep commenting on my weight; that's just the way I'm built and nursing (at least for me!) really burns calories!
